About Railing Kill

What is Railing Kill? Quite simply, it's a site where we can share our unique brand of fandom and humor with unsuspecting visitors.

The term 'Railing Kill' pays homage to the often overused and overacted scenes in a movie where someone is shot (or otherwise incapacitated) and falls over a convenient railing. In some movies (good ones) it is used sparingly and effectively. But in some movies (bad ones), the method of death is overplayed to the point where it is laughable. Perhaps the best description of ‘Railing Kill’ as an overused stunt is the film “Space Mutiny",” a favorite cheese-fest featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000.
